All very pleasantly put together. I heard that there is some debate behind this book. It was extremely interesting to read comparisons from America’s colonies and ggomes explicit intent of the Portuguese authorities to stifle any communication between the Brazilian colonies.

I thought it would be a boring historic tale, but it’s just fascinating.
