I haven’t started the lifestyle yet at least as fully as it is written in the book, recipes and allbut I have thought much more about what I eat, how much, and the nutrients I am putting into my body. I devote an entire chapter in the book to its health benefits, including its ability to protect your heart and enhance your mood. I’m on day one, and I have a headache becaus I’ve had this book out from the library for about 3 months now – one of my exercise instructors suggested it when I broke down, telling her that I’d been exercising faithfully and GAINING weight. There are many other positive things I can say about this book. The author is very repetitious and just rehashes information already given in other books in her writing.
