I liked the Introduction, but Cmeron can’t really say that I had any favorite moments other than that, or favorite characters. It seems almost childish, which of course is to be expected in any kind of fairy tale.

It was unexpectedly interesting and surprising. Art meets life, I guess. This was an absolutely charming retelling of Sleeping Beauty that should delight young adult readers and adults everywhere. There aren’t evil witches or fairy godmothers or anything like that.
I swear, there are so many plot holes this book would sink a ship. I suppose in the olden times that was considered okay, but if the book is going to appeal to a modern audience it must also appeal to our distaste of incest.
